We usually take cheap apartments when traveling. But once you pay the double for a night in hotel like this, it's easy to understand why pay double. Had a swimming pool, where had a place for small children and also for adults. The pool is not that big so can be crowded sometimes. The room was clean and big enough for a family of 4. Good breakfast, with enough of choisses. This one had a separate toilet and shower room which was nice.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, there is truly something for everyone. No one went away hungry! Our rooms were next to each other which was great for convenience and there was enough space for lounging and all of our things. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. No matter who we spoke with, they were always more than happy to help us. The restaurant and bar area was great - delicious food that was not priced at ridiculous amounts! The entire facility was very family friendly, if we come back to visit Krakow, we will be staying here again!

Very nice facility. Beautiful city, beyond all expectations. Good beds. Nice parking. Nice people in the reception. Good and plenty food in breakfast. Public transportation near hotel. Gym and pool at high standards.

Perfect service provided, personnel was eager to help in any case. Cleanliness of room was amazing as well as bathroom. Breakfast in hotel is worth to try, everyone will find something for themselves. Teapot and capsule coffee-machine were provided. In bathroom there were shampoo and shower gel.

Breakfast was outstanding. We travel quiet often and selection of the dishes was one of the best i have ever seen. Staff were always friendly and helpful and room was clean and the bathroom was equipped with the all necessary items. Location was not central, buy very easily reachable by bus, about five stops to the old town. We stayed there during the new year and there was very nice atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay , thank you so much <3

Very clean and cosy hotel, easy to find by car. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Parking was easy. Nice small pool and gym available.

Good size room,comfortable beds,nice bathroom with bath,very clean,good AC,very good breakfast,reasonable restaurant for dinner,nice and friendly staff overall,swimming pool and gym.
